Boob Vein Removal???

I have been left with veins going from my chest over my boob and even through my nipple I was quite veiny before and the surgeon did say they would look worse but I never imagined they would be this bad I saw a few American websites that treat these types of green veins with Sclerotherapy but I can’t find anywhere in the UK anyone know of anywhere?? Travelling to the states feels a bit extreme lol
