So tomorrow is the day ! Admission at 10am mixed emotions feeling pretty calm at the moment not sure if that’s normal I think I’m trying not to think about it ! Just taken before photos which I will post in the next few days and keep you all updated ..Anyway off to bed as my alarm is set for 4am for breakfast!

As hard as it may be, try to resist from eating a large breakfast as you may suffer with it post op. Anaesthetic is absorbed through body fat and if you don’t have much of it, you’re likely to feel worse post op and with food in your stomach, it can make you sick, which will not only be unpleasant but painful. Xx

All went well thankyou just tired been in and out of sleep all day pain isn’t too bad at the mo and I didn’t have drains which I’m glad about I was scared of that . Havnt really had a look because I can’t move haha I can take bra off Sunday and bath . I just feel very drugged up lol and when I came out I was shaking so much my teeth were chattering that was a strange feeling ! Surgery was done by 2 I’m just leaving hospital now x
Ah that’s great. I was the same, I couldn’t stop my teeth chattering! Weird. How are you this morning? I’m POD4 now and feel even better today. I won’t lie, day 2 after the op I felt the crapiest but I did too much day 1 xx
Hello .. Not feeling too bad tbh uncomfortable to move but I’ve stayed in bed most of the day everyone is saying tomorrow may get worse so I’m preparing myself ! Good to hear your feeling better my bra just feels so tight like I can’t breathe is that right? Lol x
Yes mine was the same hun, plus I’ve been mega constipated! That’s sorted now though haha. I’ve got a band across the top of my boobs, that really takes my breath away! Xx
I’ve got a band too yeah.. I’ve just got a tingling pins and needles kind of in my left boob I have no feeling in it though maybe it’s just the feeling coming back I dno x
