Boobs and work

Hi girls was all booked in to get my boobs done 22nd April but work will only give me 3 days off? Unsure weather to go for it or wait until I can get a date were I’ve got a week off work? I work as a travel agent so not much movement really I just wouldn’t be able to move packs of brochures and stuff? Hummm what to do? Xxxxx

It’s hit and miss. Are u having unders or overs? There is a chance you would be ok but you just don’t know how it will affect you. Some girls have lots of pain and can’t so anything and others are back to normal within a day or two?

I’m not sure yet Nicole, I’m thinking maybe book for August when I’ve got a week off? I’m going to Ibiza in June also so I’d like them done before haha xx

Well if three days is not enough could you go sick by day five you may be ok?

I was about to suggest the same as Nicole. Are they aware of why your taking the 3 days off? It took me a lot longer than average to get over having a baby so i am booking a week off work and fully expect to have to have a dr’s note for even longer. (coming from a girl who had to take an afternoon off for having a b12 injection). However my friend went shopping the morning after her op was a bit tired but fine. It really depends on the individual.

I know girls it’s hard to pick I don’t know what’s best!! Work know I’m getting them done so I’d probs get into trouble if I rang in sick ahhhh xxx

Maybe play it by ear and see how you are… Surely they couldn’t argue if you rang on the third day and said you were in so much pain there’s no way you could come into work? x

What do you work as? I’m on my second day and struggling to do anything do Ide say 3 days is not enough! I do have unders though xxx

It depends how sympathetic they are really. They are within their right to give out to you for calling in sick after it as it’s cosmetic and your choice. You are aware (in their eyes) that you can only have 3 days off and if you chose to go ahead with it, you have to be responsible. I haven’t told work… hoping i can get away with ‘a bug’ or something at the end of my holiday should i need to. Although i cant help but think if anyone at my work would of just had an op…i would never let her lift boxed etc. It’s your choice completely but 3 days is cutting it rather fine i think, if your afraid of a disciplinary when you return. On the other hand BOOBS for Ibiza…Can you not find another job, hehehe xx

Hi hun i had unders and went back 7 days after surgery and really struggled.. I work in an office so no physical work is required but even the basic things like walking & opening doors is a struggle! Bare in mind though i had unders 🙂 good luck in whatever you choose hun! Xx

🙁 🙁 Such sad news. For me every month feels like another year, hehe. But im also in the very early stages of getting everything together and only just decided that is for definite what i want after toying with the idea for years. But i do think you’ll benefit form a week off rater than 3 days. I went to Ibiza last year with the girls, swapped my bags last min as it was too big and left all my bikinis (double super padded specials) in the side pocket of the other suit case. Worst thing ever at the time but then i realised that boobies don’t come between me and all inclusive Ibiza. hahah. You’ll have a fab time regardless 🙂 xxx

I know rhi 🙁 I just want them now but i am doing the right thing waiting I’ve seen everyone on here says a week off is best 🙂 hahaha I know how you feel I’ve got all those super padded bikinis too looks like they will be coming to Ibiza again for 1 last year 🙂 xxxxx

1 LAST YEAR !!!! 🙂 I’m going to Thailand for 3 weeks over xmas and i defo want them done and settled before then, eeekkk. Were renewing our vows 😀

I would say that’s too soon hun! I know a lot of girls say that day 3/4 are the worst days and for me the 3rd day was the worst. You definitely don’t want to be straining yourself too early and wrecking them 🙂 at least you’ll have June to look forward to xx
