Boobs being far apart

So Im yet to have my surgery, my main concern is the implants being so far apart. im starting with very very little breast tissue and i hear this happens when you had nothing before, that the implants just look far apart with no cleavage at all and stuck on. can anyone ease my mind? Did you start with nothing and still have a small space in the middle without having to press them together?

Hi Hun, I’m 3 months post op I had 275CC. Literally had nothing before.

I had 300cc starting with nothing i already naturally had a gap in the middle implants dont change what you already have just makes your natural shape bigger x
