Boobs feel hard

I had my op in February and my boobs to touch feel really firm/ hard, when I lay down they just feel like they’re stuck on. Am I worrying too much or has anyone had this and it been symptoms of capsular construction?

if in doubt go and see the nurse thats what yr aftercare is for plus they shud b feelin a lot softer by now xx
