boobs massage????

HI girls, i am now 10 days post op and i’ve heard about massaging the boobs for help them falling into place. I am an under muscle patient, so basically my breast is still quite firm.
I’ve tried to massage them today but…..the boobs won’t move anywhere! if i squish on the upper nipple side i still don’t see the implant moving elsewhere -.-
Has anyone of the post op girls experienced the same? xxx

I am glad you posted this as I don’t have any idea about massage too! I am only 4 days post op but don’t want to squeeze too much it move too much. Let’s hope someone helps and answers us lol xxx

hi @babycee i am 21 days post op, i am massagging the twins twice a day since day 7. i have found it does work a lot in mine, they became fluffy sooner (!)

I was told off my Mya nurse not to massage them until the 6 weekly check. Xx

I’ve been massaging with bio oil just on the top of each boob since day 7! And without a doubt it has helped, before the skin was soooo shiny and stretched and literally rocks! Now at 4 weeks po the skin is soft and comfortable and they’re feeling nice and soft! Deffo recommend and I can’t see any harm whatsoever with massaging the top gently!

HANNAH thank you! It is hard being new to all this knowing what to do and when. I have read up on things but nothing is better than info and guidance from those who have been there already. Much appreciated.
