boobs saggingl

Sorry another post, just need advice from last post… I’m happy with what im having and my surgery is 2 weeks but I’m really worried about my natural boobs sagging even more and I’ll end up needing an uplift on the day of surgery… ms Lutz has compromised enough already. Anyway is there any tips to stop boobs sagging? Obviously losing more weight isn’t good and really does affect boobs but what about gaining a few extra pounds?

I was really worried I’d need an uplift as well as an enlargement as mine were so saggy and I also told my surgeon that I’d rather smaller implants as I was worried that the weight of the implant would make them sag more.
But I ended up with bigger implants than agreed as he needed to fill the loose skin, I’ve had hp overs 360cc, I’m 5 weeks post op and have been really worried about high up they were!
Ridiculous I know after worrying so much about them being saggy but I’m pleased to say they’ve dropped a bit now so look more natural, I’ve worn a sports bra 24/7 and will continue to do so at night to help keep them in place. Weight fluctuating affects your boobs, the last 1/2 a stone I lost really affected mine so I would assumed if you go up & down it would affect your boobs regardless of whether you’ve had them enlarged or not.
My surgeon basically said they will naturally sag over time but if I look after them, they will stay put for longer.

I think if it was me I would just try to keep my weight steady xx

I know how to… silly I know but I’m a bad eater and I only eat around 1200 calories a day

The day of my surgery with Ms Lutz I stood in front of her as she drew on me when she finished she look straight at me and told me I was really nice just the was I was and not to loose any more weight. I am 8 Wks and have put on a little everyone is tell how much better I look I just need to ton now haha.
Sagging boobs advice I have had from two best friends one has natural big boob, the other a BA 8yrs ago look after them where the right bras keep them in place and they will look good. My pc also said she had hers done many many years ago when they only lasted so many years she still has the same implants as she has looked after them and they are perfectly ok. I want mine to look as natural as possible but definitely will be listening to there advice. It’s a big decision to make but I don’t have one regret at all, when I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror or look down they are all mine and I couldn’t be happier!!!!
