Booked 30th May – Feedback on pain..?

Hey ladies ? Just 8 days to go!!!!!
9st, 5ft5in 32-26-36 – 300-325cc overs.
Just want to prepare myself for the pain lol! I have had c-section and hysterectomy so wondered if any of you have had either of these and can compare the pain post op. Both ops I had were painful-ish, but tollerable, I can do tollerable….just dreading worse!! ? Hopefully I’ll be drugged up to the eyeballs so won’t feel anything lol!
A control freak wanting to prepare myself as much as poss ?

Hi Alyssa, I had my op yesterday and spent about 4 hours after it in and out of sleep (quite comfortably). I have a moderate pain threshold and would say the pain at its worst was 8/10. I could feel it across the top where the strap was and underneath. Definitely tolerable. I didn’t take any painkillers til this morning. Hope this helps put your mind at rest!

Hiya, I am 5 days post op and have had 3 babies, I wouldn’t say at any point I’ve been in pain, just uncomfortable. I had 400cc overs. Good luck! X

Nearly 5 weeks now and I would do it all again… no pain at all… slightly sore after during recovery it’s more discomfort… I found day 3/4 the worse. X

Ladies…..thank you so much for responding ? I was so busy prior to the op I forgot all about it, probably not a bad thing lol, so only saw your messages yesterday…..and WHAT a difference your feedback had on me….it was UNREAL! Although obviously VERY nervous still this morn, I could hear you all and you really put my mind at rest, so I thank you all again ???

Got home an hour ago and can say I agree wholeheartedly with the post op pain. Will post some pix in a mo.

You really made such a huge difference to the my experience. I hope I can do the same for others in the future.
