Booked in 1st April freaking out about size! / what to take with me

I’m booked in for April 1st with Dr.Traynor in Preston and I’m freaking out about size! I want really natural D-DDs (currently 34B) and was offered 350cc and 375cc but when I tried them on they felt too small so asked to see surgeon again about going a tiny bit bigger. He was fine and offered 375cc and 400cc but advised I try them on because I’m quite small (5ft 4) so don’t want to go too big. I tried them on and absolutely loved them but now I’m freaking out incase they look too big and I regret it! Think I’ll still be unsure when I’m getting taken down to have them done!

Plus what the hell do I take with me?!

Really! All this sizing really confuses me! Some girls get DDs from tiny implants and then others get offered way bigger than what I’ve been recommended for the same result

I’m with Mr traynor too on 1st April, he offered me 600+ he said I can’t gave ahh lower as I am 34/36dd now and a size 14 he ordered me 700 and 800 now as when I ttied the smaller ones I felt like they were too small! So it totally depends! 🙂 he also asked if I wanted the fake look and I just said I want to be in proportion so if they’re a bit rounded I dint mind and he said there’s no chance with my breast tissue I could get a fake look xxx

Ah brilliant, can’t believe it’s only 18 days away!! He seems lovely and from what I’ve read/seen, he definitely knows what he’s doing! Think I might just see what he has to say about size on the day. As long as a get a natural looking DD I’ll be happy!

Sounds like a plan! Think I’ll do the same and just trust him. Oh my god amazing! Just started my list today but you’ve already just given me a few things to add so thanks!

Your implants get ordered in so if you want to discuss sizing I would call you pc.
I also started stressing about my cc being too big and when I saw dr traynor on the day he said don’t wobble to much as we already have your implants. He reassured me that what he was giving me would achieve what I’d asked for. I am 10 days post op and they have exceeded my expectations 🙂
Try not to worry everyone’s sizing is different depending on tissue, width ect but contact mya if your unsure x

Hey sweetie all them sizes are ruffly will be the same cup size but each higher one just a tad bigger as there is 150cc per cup size so if we change that in to a size that makes sense to us in every day in our life just makes it easy to get your head around so 150cc is 150cc or 150ml (200-415cc is small ) (450cc – 615cc is medum ) ( 650-800cc is large ). ( 850-1150cc is ex large ) try this and get feel for your size xx

These girls that get bigger sizes with a small are down to having a back size of 28-34 i got 32G cup from 415/385 then had 450cc and stuck at 32G little fuller I’m 5,5 and now ive got 590cc and got 32GG but if you got a bigger back and go up in a back you will drop a cup size so if you go up cup a size you drop a back this standard with our uk bra fitting x

Have added you hope you don’t mind x i’m with traynor on the 1st aswell, 5ft4, 32b, wanting to be DD, went in there wanting 350/375cc (my right breast is slightly smaller than the left) and i’m having 425/450cc! At first I was freaking out thinking they were gonna be to big but after all the help & advice/info on here i’m glad i’m going that bit bigger now 🙂 i’m so scared/excited & have only bought a couple of sports bra up to now so we’re in the same boat! But if there’s anythin at all I can help you with just ask 🙂 (not sure if i’ll be much use lol)… xx

Oh god, I’d heard some surgeons order in a few different sizes but I can’t imagine him being like that. Think I’m just gonna have to trust him but so glad you’re happy with your result! From what I’ve heard he’s a brilliant surgeon. You just got me ridiculously excited for op day! X

I’m also in with Dr Traynor on the 1st! Cant wait and cant believe its only 16 days!!! I’m a 34B at the minute and was planning on implants about 375cc but after trying them on have opted for 400cc in one boob and 425cc in the other, I’m nervous as unsure how big they’re going to be but after reading more on the forums I feel abit more comfortable with my choice. They felt natural when I tried them on with my patient co-ord. So far I’ve bought, bio oil, arnica tablets and my V pillow ready for the op and then I just need to get my Macoms ordered 🙂 xxx

Sorry hun just seen this….. well I’ve got a macom as it’s meant to be the best for support & pretty essential after our op (as traynor doesn’t use strapping)… heard great things about asda & m&s sports bras aswell so i’m gonna invest in a couple of those (zip up ones so we don’t have to lift our arms)…. i’m an overnight stay hun so i’m staying at the first trust :)…. are you a daycase then? I didn’t get a choice but i’m quite happy to stay overnight & get looked after lol xx

im also having my surgery on the 1st of april but with Mr Singh at the Fitzroy London, I can not explain how nervous im getting lol….But the surgeons have a pretty good idea whats right for you, ofocurse question them if your unsure…before i had met him, i told my P.C he is the guy i want i wasnt even interested in the rest haha but was a good choice for me, When i had my first consultation with him, i was 11 stone (im 5ft5 carry most my weight around my middle 🙁 ) and i didnt know what i wanted just bigger really, and he advised me on my size 700-800 would give me just that, so i went away and looked online and boy was that big haha, but i wasnt happy with how heavy i was so i dieted and excercised and lost a stone and a half and went back, he was honest with me and said i no longer had to go with 700-800 i could now go with smaller which i was pleased about cause i wasnt after the glamour look i didnt think it would suit me, he then offered me 500 -550 and i was happy with 500cc and he was sure of himself too and has only ordered one size so i trust his judgement, they see boobs everyday and know what works and what doesnt as your chest measurements are what gives them a guide and everyones is different…but trust your surgeon and trust your own judgement, try not to have a preconcieved idea of what you really want and bear in mind your body plays a bigger part in how they look, more than your surgeon, i have no idea how i want them but what ever it is will be better than what i have now lol

Ah brilliant! Just ordered my Macom yesterday, things are starting to feel more real now!

Never knew Traynor doesn’t use strapping so thanks for the heads up! Yeah I’m just a daycare and also heard good things about M&S and ASDA so been having a look but don’t think I’m going to actually buy one until I’ve had the op so I have a better idea size wise.

No not at all! Its awful panicking isn’t it!! I keep texting my PC and changing my mind i feel really embarrassed for messing them about I’m just so scared I’ll be disappointed if they aren’t big enough but too scared to go bigger, I’m mainly getting BA for shape but going up a few extra cup sizes is almost a bonus. 350cc/375cc was the biggest I was offered but went back and asked to go slightly bigger and was warned by Dr.Traynor to be careful because I’m quite petite. Reading the forums makes me think I should go bigger too but my boss who’s a dentist and does surgery himself says to be careful as I’m a late developer and my boob may still grow so I’m thinking 350cc/375cc might be the better option to go with for me. At the most I’d like to be a DD but I’m scared going for 375cc/400cc might push me into an E! Xxx

No problem! :).. yeah he doesnt use strapping or drains apparently, one of the reasons i wanted him lol (i’m such a wuss its actually pathetic!) Xx

hiya chic hope you don’t mind me replying, I had dr Traynor yesterday and I was a 32b before I had them done, I was so scared to have massive boobs and dr traynor recommended me having 400 hp, above the muscle I didn’t choose this option at first but I am so made up I have now! I no it’s only day 1 of recovery but they look fab. I can’t wait to see what they look like when they have settled, at the end of the day the surgeon knows best and there not even as big as I thought they’d be they are exactly how I wanted xxxxx
