Hey Everyone
Had my consultation on Friday and been offered either smaller implants (315cc – felt right) and an uplift (due to volume loss) or bigger implants (400cc – felt enormous!) both over the muscle as I’m very active weightlifting and also teach Pilates. As I’m risk averse to any wiggling about we agreed round and likely moderate profile as I want a natural result.
I’m a 38A cup, 5ft 6 and 147lbs with a really wide chest wall. My biggest niggle is the huge landscape between my boobs as they’re really wide set and don’t feel at all in proportion with my chest. They are a little on the droopy side but that actually bothers me less and at 45 I can’t really expect anything else 🤣.
The larger implant was offered in order to address the big gap, as they are wider, although he did say there was a limit to how much that could be managed anyway which I’m ok with. The smaller implants would not touch the gap but the uplift and increase in size would improve the shape.
I’m really flip flopping as I really don’t like the idea of the scar (lollipop) and being really pale he warned it would likely be a bit more obvious but I do like the idea of the reduced risk of a smaller implant in terms of capsular contracture and less drag. But whilst I prefer the idea of implants on their own I don’t want to get bigger ones for them to end up around my knees in a matter of months when they drop and fluff and need to have an uplift sooner than I might otherwise!
I’ve attached a phot of my current pair, if anyone with similar stats to me can help with photos of their non-uplifted results or has experience of not having an uplift with similar volume I’d be most grateful!
