Boobs??? Please help?

Hello!
I had a boob enlargement 1 year ago. I have noticed how I have an indents going across my breasts when I tense them but slowly the indents are showing there more when not tensing.
I’m having pain on the left side also. I think perhaps the implants have moved out of place?? They use t look identically and perfect 🙁
Having a check up in 2 weeks but can anyone advise if this has happened to you and potentially what will happen?
