If youve bottomed out your incision will look higher causing a type of crease. Google it and you can see pics of it x

I had something similar to this, still kinda do but it feels normal now, I was worried for ages that my left breast pocket was to big and that was why it sat to side and did same thing u describe when sleeping, it also seemed to move a lot more than the right. Anyway when I went to see surgeon at 3 months I explained my concerns and he said it’s was the way my boobs sat, when he showed me pics of before my op and to my astonishment he was right. I had never noticed before because my boobs were so small. It is not incredibly noticeable but when I lay down my right stay upright where as left falls to side a bit, I have more side boob with my left. I am now four months and they have settled in and I am use to the way they move and it no longer bothers me when sleeping etc x

Nina dont think its bottoming out then as its not how you describe.

Liz I think I might be the same sounds like it is he way my boobs are and as you say where probs positioned like this pre op but as I hardly hardly had any breasts probably didnt notice. Getting my before and after pics at next appointment so will be interesting to see.

Yeah I thought my left was dropping quicker than right then questioned bottoming out but it just way they naturally sit, it was only in pics I could see pre op and po that it actually sits to the side. Try not worry I’m sure you’re ok. Us poor girls with no boobs before honestly had no idea how boobs felt and I never imagined they would feel different once bigger haha x
