There was a time when I was worried about this also, Iām 16 weeks post op now and still have more volume underneath one of nipples, just a small difference but itās really annoying because I notice it haha! I went for my 3 month check up with my surgeon last month and he was so happy with my results and said they are still going to change so much in the next few months to a year. The one with the more volume under my nipple was also the one that started dropping first, and my other one still sits slightly higher. I think even at this stage my other one just needs to catch up a tiny bit more. Iām no expert at all but looking at your pic I wouldnāt say you have anything to worry about, probably just still going to be changing and think they look great š if you are worried though I would contact your nurse/surgeon, thatās what I did when I was worried about this same thing and it put my mind at rest xx
