I’m not 100% sure but I think they’re the same thing. It’s when the implant falls out of the breast pocket and you can see the implant sitting underneath your breast tissue so it looks like you’ve kind of got a boob on top of another. Just type it into google and you’ll be able to see photos xx

Bottoming out is where the implant slips out of the pocket as Louise said, it happens when your tissue and/or skin is weak and can not support the weight of your implant, like if you have lost weight or had children this can weaken your tissue, it also happens when you need a lift but do not have one. The breast and tissue still together but will hang very VERY low and will look distorted in the extreme. Double bubble is where the implant and tissue sit separate, the implant sits high where it shoul but the tissue hangs down off it, also caused by not having a lift when one is needed, it gives the effect of a double chin but on the breast. Hope this helps. x

I also wouldn’t worry too much about these rosey, im nearly sure if this happens you can go back and get pocket revision (well for the double bubble) so that the implant falls into its new pocket if you follow xx
