bra measuring?

Trying to measure myself pre op to see what size i truly am ?
When you measure your rib cage for your band size do you girls add 4 inches
some say to add 4 in which case i <Measure 31 nearly 32
that would make me a 36 bra ?
or do you just take your measurement in inches and use that ?
Ie id be a 32 ?
so confused I wear a 34 back now however i have it on the tightest hook and can still easily pull it away from my back ?
I cant see that I’m a 36
please help 🙂

That’s exactly right Hun you would be a 36 back if it’s an odd number you add 5 if it’s even add 4 so 31 would be 36 32 would be 36!! Xx

theres no way I’m a 36 tho 34 is loose on the tightest hook
so confusing xx

Oh but remember you are only measuring under your bust and don’t take a big breath in …. Also the shop you bought the bra in can change the fit I have 30s 32s and 34s all fit the same from different shops!!! Not much help when you wanna know what size to buy!! Xx

My surgeon put me down as s 32 as well
Hence I have a small bwd
I’ve been told my maximum is 375cc uhp
I don’t know whether to push my luck and ask for bigger
However for an extra 50cc which isn’t even half a cup size is it worth the risks 🙂

I dont have a clue either im a 28back but i wear a 32 and thats comfy so maybe add 4 is right. Iv never tried a 30back as i use middle clips on 32.
Everyone has there own way of measuring maybe ask after ur surgery when u get measured for new bras how they do it

the surgeon measured me 36dd/e but I wear 34dd, I find 34 band fit me best in most shops, I do happen to have a 36d but it’s big on band and cups! I have no idea what I’ll be after my 800s lol!! Xxx
