Bra occasionally at 4 weeks?

Hiya ladies, I’ve just come back from a short break, and while away couldn’t resist a trip to Anne summers and brought a bra. It has underwire just wondering if I’m ok to wear it for the odd occasion over the next couple of weeks, Im out tomorrow night for drinks and wanna show off my babies!! Anyone else done this? Thanks in advance x

Hi babe. I’m 6 weeks post op and my ps said I could wear a bra occasionally if I needed to. I had my boyfriends birthday so didn’t wanna wear a frumpy sports bra, so wore a normal wireless bra at 4 weeks. However, at 5 weeks I wore a normal sexy underworld bra for a friends birthday and it was absolutely fine. I’m 6 weeks post op now and currently wearing a nice underwired bra as went out for dinner with friends. My ps said it’s absolutely fine and they haven’t irritated my incisions at all. They look great did you have unders or overs?

They look excellent, but you need to be careful with the wires as they can rub on your incisions. I actually never felt comfortable in them till 6 weeks and found it painfull. Also the wire is so stiff may push your implants up which you don’t want xx

I went ahead and wore it, felt fine but took it off soon as I got home and will be sticking to my sports bras for another few weeks xxx
