    I had my uplift on Sunday and am now wearing a sports bra day and night over the strapping, is this the right thing to do??

    Hi love. Yeh bra at all times on top of strapping. Im 8 days post uplift op. Had strapping off today its the biggest relief ever. Happy healing. Hope yout doing okay xx
