Hey I have my surgery booked for the 23rd in London so excited! Just looking for bras and was wondering I wear a 32 but on the loosest clip so with the swelling I will have after the op shall I buy a 34 so it’s not so tight? Or stick with the 32?
Also any recommendations would be fab xx

Hi Love! good luck with your upcoming op!

I’d recommend going up a size I’m normally a 34 and got an M&S 36D. I had 350 cc unders moderate plus. mine have actually swollen so need to buy a DD for comfort but reckon I’ll fit back in D once the swelling and the incisions have healed. just want to protect them at the moment with the bigger size.

the high Impact zip front M&S ones are so supportive. They are £25 so don’t break the bank. They do packs of 2 which I also have for £32.50.

Asda apparently do good ones too for as little as £8 but think these are better for a few weeks post op rather than immediately after. I’d try and stick with front zip/fastening bras as it is difficult to move your arms after. Here’s a picture of the one I have and hope it helps. People on here have also said the mya bras are good. General feedback on the macoms are that they are too tight and are uncomfortable. They are supposed to be tight from the support. Some people have said they’ve got on really well with them. Think it’s person preference. My budget just didn’t stretch to the macoms and my PC recommended M&S which was Good enough for me. Good luck hun x
