Bra recommendations for uplift and implants.

Hi girls I’m just wondering if anyone who has had an uplift with implants could recommend a post op bra? I’m worried which one I should get cos of all the extra incisions compared to a normal BA. Also what size? I’m currently a 32-34 C hoping to be a D-DD afterwards. Thanks
