Bra rubbing on incisions!

I had my BA on Wednesday & so far recovery has been brilliant. Only problem I am having is that I can’t pull my sports bra down far enough to not rub on my incisions!

Am I allowed to take my sports bra off or does this need to stay on?

You can take it off, especially if its causing pain, and it’s best to get a new one that doesn’t rub your incisions xx

I’ve got 6 different ones which I keep changing n have the straps the longest they will go but it must be my height as its all of them.

How long can I leave my bra off for? x

Keep them strapped up over night, but a few hours during the day let them hang loose Hun xx

Thanks ill do that, I keep changing bras to minimise the rubbing all in the same place x
