Hi! So I’ve had my consultation with the surgeon and he’s said he’s happy to give me 310 cc ultra high profile overs (I had to push for that a bit!). He also told me that 300cc is usually about enough for 2 cup sizes but that since I’m a 32 band (32A) 310cc will more likely give me 3 cup sizes, and my patient coordinator has said she thinks it will make me even bigger, like a DD at least (based on past patients who have started out broader than me with the same size implants – I am very petite). If I get up to a 32D or small 32DD I will be super happy but I’m a little worried if I go up anymore than that because apparently 32DD/32E size bras are REALLY hard to find!! One of the reasons I’m having this surgery is because I want to be able to go shopping and buy amazing bras which fit me nicely and I’m worried if I go too big then I’ll be at the other end of the extreme and still won’t be able to buy nice bras 🙁 Does anyone on here have any experience of buying bras in this sort of size range (whether it’s before or after surgery) and are they quite easy or hard to find? I tend to shop at just the standard types of shops like Boux Avenue etc. Thanks!! xx
@meels Hi Mila, I had exactly the same size as you will be having! I had Ultra high profile 310cc Naturelle Round silicone gel implants – over the muscle. I am measured at a 32DD/30DD post op. I am sticking to quality bra shops such as Victoria Secrets, M&S and Boux Avenue. Victoria Secrets only go down to a 32 back however, they go up to a DDD! I have 6 bras so far from there and no where else. M&S go down to a 30 back so I have seen! I haven’t looked in boux avenue yet tho! Hope this helps xx

Eilish, I had a quick look on the Boux Avenue and VS websites but the bras they have in those sizes on there seem to all be the super-push-up or padded ones and I am hoping after my surgery I won’t need the really padded ones haha xxx
