Im 1 month post op, going for my 6 week check on 20th but i went and got measured at the weekend and bought some bras from ann summers.. But now im thinking i should have waited? Will my boobs still get bigger? Xx
@georgiak I have done exactly the same thing however I am going to take them back….for me, it was an impulse buy and i figure we can’t wear them yet anyway so I may as well take them back while I can and wait for the nurses sign off…..what are we like hehe. Out of interest what size have you been measured at? I was a 32E but the bras I wanted only went up to 34DD so bought them lol x
@katrina84 well ive changed my 6 week appointment to ealier now on 20th! And i thought we could wear bras after 6 week check? And thats great! Your bigger than me, im a 32DD but i got 34D as they were comfier xx
@georgiak That’s good that u got your appt moved forward. 1st thing I am going to do after is have a nice soak in the bath. As for the sizing….another reason I have decided to wait is I noticed I still have quite a bit of side boob which I think resulted in a slightly bigger cup size to cover it. When they drop I think my cup size may be smaller. My appt is also on 20th at 10.30am…what time is yours? X
Mine changed between 4-6 weeks for the bigger cos they dropped more!!
I had partials. I’d say wait until your 6 week check up as you may find they no longer fit! And I wouldn’t spend a fortune then either as partials keep changing until about 3-6 months PO! Xx
@katrina84 yeah i didnt aanna wait until the 3rd haha! And same thats first thing ill be doing! And i think i may take mine back now be on safe side, think im gonna look for some nice bras that have no underwire too.. And mines at 5:30, you’ll have to let me know what happens in yours 🙂 xx
