    Does anyone know if it makes a difference if you leave your sports bra off for one night? I’m nearly 4 po Xxx

    Hi Emma, is that 4 days or 4 weeks?
    If weeks then you should be fine (just be careful you don’t get bashed in the boob!) Get your sports bra back on ASAP when you get home.
    If days… I wouldn’t advise it!
