bras?

can anyone tell me if you have to wear a sports bra for the 6 weeks or whether i can wear a seamless one thats not underwired i bought a nursing bra from h&m will put a pic up its more comfortable and feel more supportive. had difficulties with sports bras either too tight or not supportive enough plz help!

When my friend had hers done she just bought an old fashioned granny type bra from tesco with no wires and the mya nurse told her it was perfect!
