for me I had 2 macoms so you don’t need to worry about cup size you just buy it in back size, and then I would swap one over when one is being washed, but iv seen loads of girls recommend the M&S zip up sports bra as well xx
I got 2 macoms which are ok but I don’t love them now I have strapping off.. They were amazing with strapping though but now they feel a bit big as most my swelling has gone down. So I also have the m and a one which is now my fav. I got a sainsburys one that I only brought for a dress as was going out as it had a low back but it was rubbish no support what so ever. And I just ordered a shock absorber one…hasn’t come yet though. They are meant to be good
