Bras

Can anyone recommend what bras to get post op?

I had the M&S zip front sports bras they’ve been really comfy 🙂 just make sure you go up a band size to account for swelling xx

I brought one of them the other day and I’m normally a 32 but brought a 34. But if fits so not sure whether to go up to a 36 or not x

I bought one of those they r post surgery bras with zip up I went for same size of band but went up cup size think they have to be tight as its to help with the swelling and bruising .

How did you know what cup size to buy on these ….I’ve been looking and don’t know whether to get one now or wait til my pre op appointment?? X
