    Me again!!! Just wondering what bra everyone has bought for post op. I don’t want to spend a fortune. Any advice would be great xxx Thanks

    Hey huni I payed £37 for mine it was fab when I sleep in side my beast don’t move but now they £29 for This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.

    I had a proper post surgery bra for marks and spencers its perfect it come past your incisiobs so they dont irritate them they were £18-£23 and they are quotd pretty too i swear by them now. It gives ypu really good support too

    I bought the front zip one from m&s…if you have time to get down to one hurry, because they’re on sale!! (I got mine for £12 from £22!!). It’s super supportive, doesn’t dig into my incision, and is super easy to put on. It’s my pick for the cheaper option at the moment!! X

    i had a look in my m&s and they had sold out but i managed to get one from the m&s outlet shop on amazon and it was £14 in the sale. it arrived this morning. only downside is, its purple. but it will do the trick for while im in the house, and ill buy a couple more practical ones for work etc. x
