Bras & v pillow

Hello can anyone recommend the best bras to get post op? Got my BA in February so want to start getting things I need. Also where is the best place to get a v pillow from?

Remember to get a back size bigger 🙂 I’m usually a 32, was advised to get a 34, which I did, to accommodate for the swelling and even then I couldn’t get into my bra until one week PO as they were so swollen xx

Thanks everybody, I’m normally a 32 so think I should get 34 too? I have looked at asda & marks & Spencer’s but just want the best one for support & keep them of my incisions so they can heal. Il get a few different ones to try

The shock keeps them up and off if you get a chance to go out n try few out debhams do the shock ab and try M&S and work out the strongest 1st time round I had full uplift and implants so that was so important for me to have the strongest to keep them inplace when u out walking driving sleeping dose wot it says on the tin it’s dose take the schock off your bust area when you due your op ? Xx

Do you but the shock abs one in normal back size? I’m having my op 28th Feb xx

I have a shock absorber and love it but have also used a tesco medium impact sports bra with a primark stretchy one over the top for a bit of extra support (now that I can raise my arms to put it on). go for a size up to acclimate swelling (so I bought 34 as I’m usually a 32) I use a long pillow instead of a V pillow called a ‘widgey’ you can get cheaper versions off amazon. X

How to measure yourself

When measuring, remember to wear a bra, keep the tape measure straight and snug and make sure it’s warm!

A – CUP MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body at the fullest part of the bust. Don’t have the tape measure too tight that it flattens your bust.

B- ACTUAL AROUND BODY MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body underneath your bust. Pull the tape measure quite tight.

Dani omg I’ve got the long pillow and v pillow and do think the long pillow is better than the v I stop using the v pillow af one week inn plus I use it when I use it sleep on my sides aswell too but on sports Bra side you shouldn’t have to duble up on them but you get wot u pay for debhams have drop from £38 to £30 now xx
