Breast Augementation At Fitzroy London Hospital With Mr Jallali On 23rd April

Hi all 🙂 So, I’ve finally done it- gone and booked my op!!! I feel over the moon, the 23rd could literally not come round fast enough! I’ve had a lot of weight loss and breastfeeding have all taken their toll on my boobs, they’re empty and flat now, I would say i’m probably an A or a B cup atm but cant be sure as I wear bigger bras and stuff them! I hateee looking at them in the mirror they look awful, but since booking my op on Tues, i don’t mind because I know they’ll be gone soon!!!
Okay, so if anyone can answer any of this for me I’d be so grateful- what implants should i go for if i want big boobs? I was sooo excited during my consultation, I didn’t retain much of what the surgeon said, although I think he said we’re going for 400cc implants… Will i get a big look for this? Smallest I’d want is DD, ideally wanting an E i think 🙂
I realise there is so many things I need to ask though, as I dont know whether im going over or under, he asked if i wanted naturual and i said no, big. So what will he go for do you reckon? I feel panicked that there are a lot of things I still need to clarify and scared i’ve missed the chance, have my pre op on wednesday, will i be able to discuss size etc with the nurse? What will happen in my pre op btw? I just really wanna know what to expect! Will I have a chance to speak to Mr Jallali again before my op?

Did you not see your patient coordinator (PC) after your consultation with the surgeon? Your PC should of got your notes which the surgeon wrote which have all the things he told you e.g. size and implant placement. You should of then got to try the sizers on afterwards with your PC also?
if you didn’t get this then you need to ring and book another surgeon consultation to ensure you know exactly what size and placement your getting and also make sure your able to try on the sizers to get an idea how they are going to look.
In regards to pre op I literally had my height and weight done, Blood pressure, MRSA swabs. My before photos taking and then she gave me some more information leaflets and went through things regarding dos and donts before and after surgery e.g. having to sleep upright, how long to wear a sports bra on etc.
The nurse can’t really advise you regarding sizes that is something to discuss with your surgeon x

I cant answer your questions reguarding the size but I am having mine done that day too! With 600cc implants

I am thinking of going with Mr Jahalli too, I’ve heard great things! I have my second consolation soon! Did you have to have a blood test at your pre op??! I am terrified of this!

Becky, i will let you know if he does a good job hun! Two days 2 go!!!!! ???????????? I did have a blood test yeah, but not sure if everyone does? Im mix race so they had to test me 4 sickle cell, i an petrified of needles too hun, they scare me and make me feel sick… I cant renember my nurse’s name, but she was nice and very gentle ☺ ×××
