Breast Band

Hey girls

So I’m having my surgery in 4 weeks and I’m online buying my Macom bra as I’ve been told I have to but I’ve also been told to buy the “breast band” that sort of sits ontop of the Macom. I was just wondering if anyone else has used one of these and if it’s really necessary? It’s not exactly cheap so I don’t really want to buy it if I can get away with just wearing my Macom? I know some surgeons use strapping but has anyone had their implants and them simply worn sports bras straight after and nothing else? Xx

The often used breast bands with teardrop implants or unders to keep in place or push down. If told to get one it is necessary. Try eBay I’ve seen them go for just a few pounds!
