Breast band 3 weeks PO

Hi girls
Im just wondering if anyone is having a similar recovery to me.
Although I had unders I was not given a breast band as apparently Mr Marcellino prefers to let them drop naturally.
Im now coming up to 3 weeks PO and they’re sending me one because mine are being slow to drop – one boob in particular.
Anyone had a similar experience – did the breast band work? It means I’ll have to wait another week before I can wear normal bras again which is so annoying 🙁 Am starting to get fed up of recovery now!

Had one from the start with marcellino so I don’t understand why you weren’t given one in the first place. I only wore it for a week & it worked wonders. X

Yeah that’s bit odd as I had unders 2+ I had mine on straight after the op! As I felt I couldn’t breath with it on after coming round. But I’m the same I’ve bin for my wk app with the nurse so bra+strap r still 24/7. All is fine but my right boob still has a bit 2 drop any ideas 2 help it or is it just a waiting game? X

Yes ,you have to wear the breast band for 4weeks . It helps to make the boobs drop . It’s very irritating and uncomfortatable wearing it , but the time comes around very quickly . I’m nearly 2 weeks PO.

@lindsey my right boob is same, not dropped as much as my left, as am 3weeks post op. The band helps, i had it on since immediately after surgery, though sooo uncomfortable and draws lines on your boobs, making it itchy, bt beauty is pain lovelies, happy healing ladies xxx

Thanks girls! I just wish i’d worn it from the start then my boobs may have already dropped by now!
Im too impatient haha! xxx
