Breast bone pain

Had 325cc implants under the muscle a week ago, haven’t had much pain and no painkillers since Monday but today my breast bone in the middle of my boobs is painful. I wouldn’t say it was swollen but it looks puffy. Has anyone else had this is it normal? Thanks x
