I had mine done in 2017, I went to the clinic in London but the consultant forgot about me on his list so I was then a “rush” job late in the afternoon/early evening. My results were never brilliant and I went back a few times one of which I had to have a large blood clot squeezed out in the consultation room in Chelmsford. I have asked several times for them to redo them as they are wonky and not the same size but still they do not respond. I’m really upset as I honestly believed they would do a great job but unfortunately not
