    Hi,

I was just hoping to chat to some of you lovely ladies about your experiences and such.
I am having my surgery on 25th July and I am super nervous…I have never even been under general anesthetic!
I am having my surgery with Dr Traynor he offered me anywhere between 350cc – 450cc. I had originally opted for the 450cc but have since changed my mind to the 350cc. I am a size 34B now 5’1, size 8/10 and 62kg.
It would just be great to hear some of your stories and put my mind at ease a little and to make sure I have opted for the right size. I know it is largely personal preference but still :).

    Thanks,

    Abi

I was really nervous about the anesthetic too as I’d also never had it before. You’ll be ok. Honest. They inject it and you feel this tingle going up your arm and your head goes dizzy. I actually felt like a band strapped around my forehead and then in a few seconds i was gone. Then you wake up with new boobies and in pain lol. But with new boobies 🙂 i have different stats to you so can’t comment on size. But operation wise youll be fine. Dont be scared 🙂

    Hi @abigail

I am having my surgery the same day with the same surgeon! We could end up seeing each other there! I’m nervous too about the anesthetic as I’ve never had it before either

    I am having 325 and 350 due to asymmetry and I am currently around a 34 B now 5ft6 9st 11 size 10/12

I had mine yesterday, I was crying every night beforehand. Was so scared, because I was so scared they gave me a mask which sent me off straight away. The Pain is bearable just a tad sore but mainly tight/ pressure like feeling. Frustrating not being able to do much with my arms. Had 345 under Hp X

    Hi Elisher,

How exciting! I am going away for the entire week as I live SO far away, traveling from Newcastle. Where are you travelling from?
I initially went for the biggest size that he suggested, 450cc but then changed my mind to the 350cc. I now feel like I wanna change my mind again so I think I am going to have to go in and try them all on again haha!
I am quite bottom heavy so it didn’t look like I was going to topple over with the bigger cc. So confusing haha!

    Hi Nicole,

I bought the MYA bras. They have a deal on at the moment 2 for 33.50 which is like half price so I just went for that 🙂
What CC have you decided on? And what are you now if you don’t mind me asking?
I can’t stop changing my mind.
I will definitely let you know how I get on, 10 days and counting eeeeeek!

    Hi Danni,

    Congrats on your new boobs!
Wow yesterday, how is the pain today?
Can you recommend anything worth taking to the hospital? I am just a day case but not really sure what I will need.
How is the sleeping at a 45 degree angle as well?

    Hey chick,

We’ve got the same stats (but I was a 34a) I’m 13 days post op now.

I was anxious about going under but everyone was friendly & kept me calm. It was so quick & I felt fine waking up after.

I had 350cc unders (there’s some pictures on my page x

For me I hardly felt a thing, they said they were starting & felt a little tingle in my hand, a odd metallic taste in my mouth & I was out, couldn’t have been more than 30 seconds I think

    Hi Zoe,

Thanks for the reply and congrats on your new boobs. Yours look amazing!
Exactly what I want bigger but not overly noticeable, yet noticeable in the good way ha. I don’t want much do I.
How have you found the whole healing process? x

    @abigail-berry

Everything went so smoothly really & there’s been pain but manageable. First thing in the morning was the worst of it really.

Only thing I find a bit funny is that my post op appointments have been with the nurses, haven’t seen my surgeon since the day of my surgery but guess if I haven’t had a problem this is normal maybe.

Your photos have really helped especially with you being similar stats to me! I would be over the moon if mine turn out like that, it’s exactly what I want! So I think I am going to stick with the 350cc.

I have 6 weeks for recovery so I can take it nice and easy thankfully.

Hey @abigail whose your surgeon? My surgeon has an Instagram page so I stalk all her work. I’m 5ft 2, 8st 9 and bra 34b at a push. I’m a size 8 in clothes. Iv been offered 355cc or 375cc. So not sure if maybe going that slightly bigger for you would be better. Especially if your more curvy on the bottom x

    @kayleighmc

    Hi Kay,

My surgeon is Gary Traynor. Yours?
I think I might put some pics up of my boobs now (may just help on deciding a cc, that’s my biggest concern right now haha one worry at a time). My concern is that I do actually have quite a bit of breast tissue. Just I have a raised chest wall so they are naturally pushed downwards. I am worried if I add too big of an implant to that I am going to be too big.
