Had an uplift in February 2021 with Mr Traynor and so far am happy with my results. Thought I’d upload as I couldn’t see a lot of info on here before of just uplift surgery without implants.
I’m 5ft5 so am fairly petite.
I was wearing 28FF/30F bras before surgery, my boobs wear saggy and felt/looked like empty sacks of skin! They were 28GG at one point and as they’ve decided to shrink (something I was happy about) they also went a bit further south! 😂
Originally was booked not with MYA with a surgeon who reccomended uplift as I wasn’t that bothered by the size, and was also told I could expect to lose half/1 cup size through surgery from the skin that will be removed! Unfortunately this was cancelled so I went to MYA.
Originally I saw mr Mahdi who wanted to do a reduction and uplift. This significantly increased the price of surgery and risk for something I didn’t really ask for. He wasn’t keen on doing an uplift without implants – something I definitely didn’t want! Smaller is okay, but not bigger!
I saw Mr Traynor who said a lift would suit me just fine, given that I accept gravity would eventually take its toll, and that they wouldnt look ‘fake’ or achieve the popular ‘round’ appearance. I was fine with this, as I just was after something natural, just not saggy!
7 weeks post op, I’m happy with my results! I think the shape is a bit odd but my skill still needs to settle. Have had some problems with the scabbing and them coming off too early, but nothing major.
I hope they continue to settle and I am still happy in a few months time!
