Breast massage to help drop high breast!

So I’m only 9days post Op but my right breast dropped days ago yet left still sitting under my chin, so I found this and it’s been very useful for me and breast now dropping…will help avoid capsular contraction. Mr Kazzazi gave me an advice sheet to massage my breasts at 12 week check. Not sure how safe it is before 12 week x

Your right, It wouldn’t be safe to massage the way she is in video this early as would probably push implant out!…I’ve just got my fingers and gently massaged top of left breast. I will do that video once healed…it was for lady’s who are healed:)…do we all get advice sheet or does it depend on surgeon? Xx

Not sure if all surgeons give advice sheets.
You have a long way to go till you are settled. Mine finally seemed settled at 15 weeks.
And it’s so hard not to compare yourself to everyone on here

How long did it take for the tenderness to fade out?

I read that if you have the implants with the textured surface on them, which I have, that you shouldn’t massage them?

@tracey why? Have you got the ones MYA use?
