breast massages

Does anyone know post op If you have to do the breast massages? My surgeon hadn’t mentioned it but its ment to help prevent capsuler contraction

At my 12 week check Mr kazzazi gave me a leaflet which contained info about breast massage. So I think best to wait till you see surgeon at 12 week check x
