Breast Massaging

Did anyone’s surgeon recommend they do breast massages to help them drop?
I’m 5 day’s PO with Dr Traynor (High profile overs) but he’s told me not to touch them at all and not do any massages

My surgeons advice is to massage the scar area from 4 weeks but no advice to massage the breasts. All surgeons are different though so just follow his advice.

Yeah I was at my clinic yesterday and asked this question. The nurse said absolutely not as the surgeon placed the implants where he wanted to and to let nature take its course. So no massaging.
I’ve to start massaging scars at 3 weeks with silicone gel x
