Breast re augmentation

I had my first appointment with Mr Mahdi last night and he told me that I need a Re augmentation, partail capsuletomy and possible nipple lift, he’s removing my current implants and hopefully giving me a larger implant, he’s suggested Ultra High profile either 350 or 375ccs.
Dual plane, I asked for overs but he recommended unders due to my skin & frame
Has anybody had a similar experience and if so are you happy with your results.
I’m a small frame 5ft 4
Weight 8 stone
