Breast reduction – wanting advice for nerves on the actual day of surgery

I get my breast reduction and uplift with no implants on Monday and I’m absolutely petrified about going to the point where I don’t even want too… 🫣 how can I calm my nerves? I’ve never been put to sleep before so very scared for that and knowing when I’m asleep what I’m going into and also waking back up in pain
