Breast Uplift and Augmentation

HI I went to see two different surgeons at MYA the first (cant remember name was Italian) told me I needed and uplift and an enlargement, now I have had my consultation with Gary Traynor he has said there is no point in doing an uplift as they can only raise the nipple by one inch and the breast drops by one inch in the first year. He also said an enlargement would fill the breast and raise the nippl as the breast would be fuller. Im just wondering if anyone has any advice on and similar situations? Or before and after pics?
All help appreciated surgery is booked for 22nd Jan EXCITED!

Hi, I had an uplift with implants with Mr Traynor 5 weeks ago. I had very asymmetric breasts but lots of tissue, I was roughly an F to G cup bra before and have stayed the same size after my op, he just took a lot of excess skin away from the saggier breast and pumped the volume up with implants. I have an issue with the difference in sizes of implants he used on the day though, one breast is much bigger than the other so I am playing a waiting game and am speaking to him after xmas to sort a re-op if they haven’t evened out. But that’s my issue… With regards to scarring im much happier than I ever thought I’d be and I have feeling in my nipples still, they go stiff when cold etc. Please feel free to add me and have a look at my pics if you like. Thanks everyone 🙂 Hi that’s similar to me after being a huge g cup during pregnancy then loosing about 4 stone I’m an empty B 2 surgeons have said for an uplift but mr traynor seems very honest and said he could lift them by 1 inch but they’d drop by 1 inch in the first year! So are you happy with them? I’m getting 365cc naturelle implants I’ve only just had my initial consultation tho! Lol thanks for getting back to me..sounds like he has done an amazing job!

In a way I am happy with them but in another I’m not cos I thought they’d be more lifted and they aren’t the same size, that’s why I went back last week and told him I wasn’t very happy with them and he said I need to give them more time and go back after xmas.

Hey I am a d cup now and having a nipple lift (mastopexy) with 410cc high profile implants through my nipple on friday, My surgeon didnt suggest a uplift because he said i was just borderline so uplift wasnt needed x
