Breast uplift and implants 300cc

Hi I’m currently a 34b/c and due to have uplift and 300cc mod plus over the muscle apparently this will take me to a d heading towards more dd anyone have any photos of before and after similar size? I’m scared it’s going to be TOO natural. Also had c-sections would anyone say what the after pain of uplift surgery is like compared too c-Sec pain? I’m scared!!!
