I have been told by 4 different surgeons I am unable to get implants at the same time as my uplift. I am currently a 36C. Has this happened to anybody else? I unfortunately cannot afford two different surgeries so wondering if an uplift with no implant is worth it? I didn’t really want to lose much size so can’t decide whether to go ahead with just the uplift….. Has anyone got any photos of uplift no implant roughly same size who could share photos? Any help would be appreciated 🙂 xxx

I had a uplift without implants in may, I really didn’t think it would be worth it and i was upset when the surgeon said my skin wouldn’t hold implants for long so i went to another surgeon at enhance and he said it would be fine but what the first surgeon said about future sagging with implants put me off so i went back to my original surgeon Dr.mileto and I am so glad I did it, and I am the same size I was before, just much more perkier it’s worth it x

Do you have any before/after photos? I’m in the same situation. Thanks!

    Hi
I have a consultation Saturday for uplift, I have great looking boobs they just a too low now and causes breathing issues and back pain. So want them back to how they were 34D not 34E and hanging lower on my ribs. Has anyone got any advice, which surgeon and some photos they would be happy to share. As I am bricking it.

    Hi Lisa
How exciting! I had an uplift and implants in 2021 with a surgeon that has now left MYA. I wasn’t too satisfied so put in for revision surgery which I had with Dr Giannas on the 29th October this year. I’m so pleased and would 100% recommend him. He’s brilliant with uplifts and if you search the forum you can probably find some before and afters of his work. Otherwise as Nadine said, Dr Mileto is meant to be amazing and so is Dr Netri. My advise is try and go in knowing what you want, take the surgeon’s recommendations on board as they’re the expects but if you have decided what you want stick to your decision and make them aware of the fact that it’s what you want. For example I really wanted high profile implants for more upper pole fullness but I was recommended moderate plus for a more natural look and did some research after my consultation and decided mod plus would be better. The consultation feels really fast so hopefully you don’t feel rushed. I would take notes personally so you remember what the surgeon recommends. I had 300cc implants which felt small but I already had some breast tissue there so I’m glad I went smaller rather than for something like 450cc because it would only make my breasts sag a lot more and a lot quicker and I want them to stay perky ish so I’m glad I went for 300 xx
