Breast Uplift with Crescent scar (without anchor scar?)

Researching information for options on Breast Uplift but without the anchor scars, I’ve seen options for Lollipop, Donut and Crescent and interested to see if Crescent is something any Mya surgeon offers? I really dont want the nipple fully cut round / taken off and want to avoid the scars on the under boob, personal preference.
Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

I have my surgery booked for December. I am having BA+ mastopexy with lollipop scars. I believ le it would be down to what the surgeon suggests as thought I would have anchor scar but was told it would be lollipop
