Breast uplift with implants? 275cc or 300cc?

So im booked in to have an uplift and 225cc implant by dr john giannas, i dont want to be huge but the amount of money im paying i dont want to be too small either! I feel like 225cc is going to be way too small, ive seen a few pictures of 275cc and 300cc and not sure which one to get, please can some people who have had either sizes share some before and after pictures with me please would be appreciated so much ! I hate my boobs so much but really nervous about scaring

Hiya umm well origionally he chose 225 cc for me but i feel thats too small so im going to ask if i can have 275 cc and see what he says to that! Ive already got quite big boobs so im scared because i dont wanna go too big either x

Hi Jodie. I had an uplift and implants 2 weeks ago with My Traynor. I was around a 32D before. I had 300cc High Profile implants over the muscle. I love them so far. Mine were 300 overs too but tear drop as I needed more fullness at top (they are longer and so part of the implant sits higher) and the rounds can give you a shelf look if not careful but it’s totally dependent on body type and look you want.

Was 32 c/d before but empty now 32dd xx

im really confused when i rang up to book a consultation they told me for an uplift and implants it would range from 6000-6,500 ? x

@beltastic Yours look really good! but you have a small body frame, im so worried that if i go to that big that i will end up looking fat! I dont know what to do, i know hes giving me round implants and not tear drops tho, thankyou for sharing your picture though its mare me think twice about going to 300

@a-thompson Im quite confused myself to be honest! Its starting to sound like i was quoted too much!! I have seen so many people on here say they only paid 6,000-6,500 !!

I have been quoted just over 6.5k for uplift and implant too. Only if I have implant and uplift at separate time that it would go up to 8.5k in total. Following as I have been advised 300cc with uplift and love seeing the results. Gives me hope.x

Hi ladies, im in the same boat. Been recommend uplift and implants 300cc. When i tried on the bra they felt small. Am i just being boob greedy or did anyone else orignially feel this way too but then changed their mind once surgery done? Im currently a saggy B. 2 children later. Also advised that my skin is thin at top so not sure if this effects cc sizing? X

I think it depends what you start with Hun – hopefully this will give you an idea of the volume but I am very glad I didn’t go bigger tha 300 (although the other was very slightly bigger to even then up!) this has taken me from a non existent saggy d to a very gorg full dd with loads of upper volume and the surgeon doesn’t think the shape will change much now as they have settled very well already into the pockets. Also they swell so much – when I first came out of surgery I must have been at east an E and was crying as I though they were waaay to big but now completely glad I trusted the surgeons judgement not to go smaller!! X

I’m booked in to have 275cc and 300cc on Tuesday 🙂 so excited!! I’m currently a 34B but didn’t want to go massive. I’m having a uplift with partials. I will add pictures once I have had the bandage removed. I got my admission time yesterday for mine so if they can tell you earlier they will xx
