Breathing and feeling winded…

Hi girls,

I had my op done 3 years ago now. Ever since I’ve had them, if I sleep on my back I wake up like I’ve been punched in the top of my abdomen. I feel winded and have the shortness of breath. It takes about 20 mins to feel normal again. Has anyone else experience this? Is it just normal? I’ve been telling myself it’s just a normal thing because the implants must be heavy on my chest and body needs to adjust. But it’s been 3 years now, surely my body would have adapted by now?

Any advice please?
