I am with the Bristol Clinic and they have been absolutely fantastic I had a few problems getting an ultrasound scan privately and Joanna the nurse really helped to get it sorted for me at a private clinic near my home. I got a kidney infection just before surgery ended up in hospital for three days and they were really supportive. Faya my pc is so easy to talk to and really knows what she is talking about. Lauren on reception has texted or spoke over the phone she is really easy to talk to. Anyone else that I have come into contact with there has been the say I recommend them 100% nothing has been to much trouble at all. I know that I only have to text or email and someone will get straight back to me. I emailed Joanna the other day she rang me back within 10 minutes. They rang me after surgery as I was ok I didn’t receive any other calls but told to contact them anytime if I needed anything which is perfectly ok with me.
Faya suggested different surgeons and gave me information on each one she advised who she thought would possibly be the best one for what I wanted but did not feel at all pressured to have that surgeon. Yet I did and she was right Ms Lutz was the right surgeon for me and I couldn’t have been happier.
