Hiya! I had my strapping removed on Monday and when she pulled the strapping off its left me a circle patch of a skin Tare she advised put Vaseline on or get some ointment from the chemist. Iv been using Vaseline but my Macom has been sticking to it and everytime I shower it peels the skin off again. Nightmare!!! Iv been to asda bought some germaline and a big plaster pad thing and some asda cotton sports bras that people use on here. Had no idea what size to get!! I’m a 32 back but they only had a 34 and I asked to be a D but they only had a DD. The bra fits nicely but do you think this is enough support and how do I know?
Is this asda sports bra ok? I’m stressing

Ahh just seen there’s only large ones left everyone’s jumped on the asda post op bras you should be fine though Hun does it feel tight enough xxx
im not sure if im just panicing my macom is deffo tighter but im at work at it needs washing tonight as where the broken skin is its left marks from where its covered it. my mom said its ok but ovb im a 32 back and its a 34 thats whats worrying me. my friend had her boobs done last year and she said she just wore primark sports bras and it doesnt actually matter what you wear aslong as its a sports bra.
:/ xx
i might put a safety pin in the center and make it slightly more tighter?
Hi hun i was told off my nurse that the macom is much better. I had 2 of them and i also Bought 2 asda post surgery ones i took one in with me and they said they wernt supportive enough maybe later on but not straight away. I did try one on nut felt much better in my macom x
Hi dawn I feel the same I’m gonna wear asda until tonight when my Macom is dry xx
Think there all okay to be honest haha think we all panic so much but any supportive bra should be just as good! Wouldn’t worry just wear that one an put the Macon back on if your happier with it xxx
There’s some asda ones which fasten at the back which I wear, they’re more supportive just harder to fasten but my mums always on hand to help! Marks and Spencer’s are also great support but more pricy. 🙂 xx
Jennifer they are the ones I have that fasten at the back! Thank god x
Another bra I found to be really good – more comfy for me than the Asda one was Matalan Max support bra – it was £8 and came in a box. No underwire, and held them well, fastened at the back and wasn’t too high at the front so could still wear normal clothes without it showing
