Could not recommend arnica enough.

I can 450cc hp from a 34d … very flat due to weight loss and my bruising is hardly there

Amazing! How much did you take? I’ve got 30c and I’ve been taking 2 pills a day, my surgery is on thurs coming. The bottle says as required so I was afraid of OD’ing if you can even do that.????????????????

I’ve got the boots tablets, I take 2 tablets every 2-4 hours 30c… the tablets you eat. And there brill…. I took them 6 days before operation and still eating them now zz

Which boots tablets are they? I’m looking to stock up soon in prep for my op! x

Boots own brand, they are 30c they come in a little blue and white clicker tub, looks like a lip balm size. Cost £5.00 xx
