Bruising :(

Woke up this morning, two days post of and I’m really badly bruised, so painful moving my arms even a little bit. I’m already taking arnica tablets, anything else anyone recommend which will help? Xx

Try arnica tablets hun! they really helped me when I had a op in the past xx
